On this herb walk through the Bürgerpark with Julia Wirth, we discover local wild herbs together with all our senses. You will learn about typical recognisable characteristics, possible uses in the kitchen and medicine cabinet as well as ancient herbal knowledge. On the way, we will collect selected plants and then process them directly on site into a medicinal tincture or a soothing healing honey, as desired. As a delicious finale, we will prepare a fresh herb quark together from the treasures of nature we have collected.
