Who has the heaviest?

On 13 October, we want to hold the 3rd Harz Pumpkin Weighing Championship together with the Regional Association of Gardening Friends Wernigerode and Surroundings e.V. as part of our Regional Day.

Would you like to take part and have a pumpkin heavier than 15kg?

If you are interested, just give us a call on 03943 500820 or send an email to: info_rvgw@t-online.de or info@miniaturenpark-wernigerode.de to register. To register, please state your name, telephone number and, if applicable, your email address for any queries and the day of delivery.

You can bring your pumpkin to the park either on Saturday, 12 October 2023, from 10 am to 4 pm or on Sunday, 13 October 2023, from 8 am to 10 am. On Sunday we will also have a small wheel loader on site with which we can transport your giant pumpkin from your car for weighing.

Weighing will take place from 11am - 12pm. There will be an award ceremony at 2 pm on the stage in our park.

Pumpkins can be collected on 13 October from 17:00 - 18:00. Pumpkins that are not collected will be donated to the park. Participants in the Harz Championship receive free admission to the regional day.
