From Otto Lilienthal's early attempts at flying to the legendary Junkers Ju 52 and modern jet aircraft such as the MIG, Mirage and Starfighter - the entire history of aviation is brought to life here. The owner Clemens Aulich, himself a keen aviator, has amassed an impressive collection over decades, ranging from instruments and propellers to complete cockpits. And that's not all, the collection is constantly being expanded, so a first visit is rarely the last.

For younger visitors, there are interactive stations where they can playfully discover aerodynamics. And for older visitors, the museum even offers the opportunity to experience their first "private flying lesson" in a professional simulator.
