You will immediately feel the fascination of aviation in the four exhibition hangars. From Otto Lilienthal's early attempts at flying to the legendary Junkers Ju 52 and modern jet aircraft such as the MIG, Mirage and Starfighter - the entire history of aviation is brought to life here. The owner Clemens Aulich, himself a keen aviator, has amassed an impressive collection over decades, ranging from instruments and propellers to complete cockpits. And that's not all, the collection is constantly being expanded, so a first visit is rarely the last.

For younger visitors, there are interactive stations where they can playfully discover aerodynamics. And for older visitors, the museum even offers the opportunity to experience their first "private flying lesson" in a professional simulator.

Plan a break in the CafetAIRia, which is also accessible without paying admission. Here you can enjoy coffee and tea specialities as well as cakes, ice cream and snacks in a modern ambience and let the impressions of the museum sink in.

Experience the fascination of flying at the Wernigerode Aviation Museum - an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
