Our roastery in Aschersleben

Where and how we roast

In 2020, we, the coffee men Thomas and Dominik, founded a coffee roasting plant in Aschersleben. Here in our factory, we roast using the traditional drum roasting method. This allows us to carefully coax the best flavours out of the coffee bean. Our roastery uses only the highest quality coffees to meet our exacting standards.

Direct contact with the coffee farmers is important to us, as we value their work.

We refine the beans with respect and in a drum roaster. In addition to single-origin coffees, we also offer blends, perfect for portafilter machines or fully automatic machines.

Our coffees

In our roastery, we process coffees from sustainable and transparent cultivation.

We focus on direct trade and specifically seek contact with the coffee farmers.

As we value the work of the coffee farmers, the coffee beans are treated individually, as each bean is unique, and roasted according to their specific characteristics. Continuous quality controls ensure that every batch meets the highest standards.

Our range includes both single-origin coffees and various blends that are available in different degrees of roast. This allows us to offer you a wide selection of coffees that are suitable for different preparation methods.

In addition to single-origin coffees, we also stock various blends that are particularly suitable for portafilter machines or fully automatic machines.

In addition to our coffees, you will also find other products and accessories to round off your coffee experience. In addition to various coffee makers, such as the trendy Aeropress, we also offer elegant ceramic filters or cold brew makers for cold coffee enjoyment on hot days.

We also supplement our range with various liqueurs, chocolates and other gift ideas, which are developed in collaboration with mainly regional co-operation partners from Saxony-Anhalt

The Kaffeemänner offer a comprehensive range of products for both private customers and companies. In addition to seminars and workshops on the subject of coffee, individual consultations with the specialist staff can also be booked.
