"For our ancestors, trees were more than just building material from the cradle to the coffin, they were more than just firewood and a source of food. They were people's allies, true friends from whom we could learn a lot, e.g. how to stay rooted in a storm or how to shake off all the old burdens/foliage once a year. Many wonderful legends tell of the trees - the poems that the earth writes in the sky (according to Khahil Gibran).

Germany's best-known storyteller and author of the book "Trees - sacred & healing" - Carsten Kiehne - will tell them and present small but very effective forest bathing techniques that help us to stay rooted and reach for the sky in these hectic times!"
