Main courses:
Baked leg of goose in orange sauce,
Game goulash, roast beef in Burgundy sauce,
Salmon fillet, pork fillet medallions on mushrooms

Side dishes:
red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, dumplings, bread dumplings, potato gratin,
pumpkin gnocchi, broccoli, cauliflower, tagliatelle
