Modellbaufest im Bürgerpark

On 1 May, it's that time again: our model building festival will take you into the fascinating world of miniatures. Remote-controlled cars and ships, model aeroplanes, model balloons, a carrera track, lovingly designed railway layouts and much more await you in Wernigerode Bürgerpark. In addition, the roaring RC cars, creative handicraft activities, the games mobile of the district sports youth and other hands-on offers will provide plenty of variety.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase pre-grown giant pumpkin plants and prepare yourself for the competition of the 3rd Harz pumpkin weighing championship on 13 October.

As an added bonus, the doors of the "Little Harz" will be open to all visitors. For just €7 per adult and €4 per child (aged 6 and over), you can admire the more than 60 Harz miniature sights and enjoy the programme of the model building festival on this one-off day.

Please note: Season tickets and vouchers are not valid on 01 May.
