THE HARZTORLAUF - join us for the 12th time through the southern Harz countryside around Harztor. You decide which challenge you want to take on. Once again this year, we are offering the chance to run a marathon in addition to the usual routes.

THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO MAKE YOUR MARK IN THE HARZTORLAUF HISTORY BOOKS.

For the 12th edition, we are once again offering you an unforgettable running experience on various well-prepared routes and a great supporting programme in the finish area.

The hub of the Harztorlauf is the car park of the HERKULES market in Niedersachswerfen. The departures to the start locations in Sophienhof and Ilfeld start from here, and the short distances are only a short distance from the car park. These are your options:

• Marathon
• half marathon
• 11km run
• 5km run
• 2km run/2km school run
• 11km Nordic Walking
• Bambini Run

The fastest man and the fastest woman will be chosen on each route.
You don't want to start alone? Then find a few people and form a team of at least five runners.
