Everything that is produced in our farm-owned organic butchery can be bought in the farm shop!

The sausage and ham specialities from the high-altitude cattle will make you dream of green meadows, fresh spring water and fantastically beautiful and happy herds of cows.

Everything is geared towards a healthy lifestyle and healthy food, because as healthy as our animals are, so healthy are all the sausages, hams, convenience and our sausage in a jar.

What is cooked in the restaurant is cooked in the jar at the same time and is a quick, healthy lunch. Nothing can go wrong anymore, the roulades are juicy and tender!

It's a dream come true for us! We breed the Harzer Rote Höhenvieh, a native cattle breed threatened with extinction, thus preserve biodiversity, lead a healthy life on the farm and with our animals and produce food in our organic butchery that has a positive influence on our health!
