The cable car Thale Erlebniswelt is one of the largest excursion destinations in the Harz Mountains. The cable car takes you through the mighty Bodeschlucht gorge up to the Hexentanzplatz and the Harzbob summer toboggan run. The chairlift takes you up to the Rosstrappe. From the top station you can hike a short distance to the rock plateau with the legendary hoofprint. In the Bode Valley our amusement park awaits you on the fun island of Bode Valley with 17 great attractions. Experience a day full of variety - just like more than 700,000 visitors every year!

The amusement park at the cable cars
Splashing fun, Boderitt or Nautic Jet are just a few of the attractions in the amusement park on the Bodetal fun island. The loop with rollover, the speedy motor swing or the agile bumper cars are also mega-fun.17 great merry-go-rounds and rides provide lots of fun and action, and there's also plenty for younger children.
Pure fun and Harz summer freshness - here it's shaken and not stirred. Great attractions at and on and above and beside the water await fresh big ones and fun little ones.

The first round of the Boderitt is a quick ride.
Then drift across the water on the Splashy Sause. Glide along the sky in the Skydive and thunder into the water with the Nautic Jet. Or turn the world upside down in the Bodeloop and Luna Loop.
For younger children: shimmy from tower to tower in the big climbing maze, dig like the grown-ups with the mini-excavator and play crane, do a few laps on the cheerful flower carousel, jump towards the sky on the trampoline. The Funny Cars, which can be driven by the kids themselves, are also very funny. Great, another round.

It's only a short walk from the top station of the cable car to the Harzbob summer toboggan run. From the start at the top of the Hexentanzplatz, you whiz in sleek bobsleds through steep hairpin bends, over fun hops and in long shooting stretches through the middle of the forest. Sometimes upright down the hump. Sometimes forward on your backside. Sometimes full throttle with an empty tank. Sometimes straight into bends. Sometimes in summer winter. Sometimes looking halfway down the tube. Sometimes back and forth. Times successfully downhill. After the fun ride, you arrive back at the top of the start. On to the next round! For adults from 8 and 1.30 m alone. For little ones from 3 with a big one from 12. And again. And again. You sure? Safe. With safe fuses.

Mini-golf course:
In a fun competition against the wonderful backdrop of the Bode Valley, you determine the best mini-golfer. The course is smaller than its big brother. But the fun is just as great. In 2023 we will modernise our mini golf course. Let us surprise you!

Family Fun Witch's Cauldron
Fresh air whets the appetite! At the valley station of the gondola lift, we serve a variety of meals, coffee and cake, as well as ice cream and other treats. There is always a free place to eat in our self-service restaurant or on the spacious sun terrace. From schnitzel to cabbage roll with mashed potatoes, homemade pea soup, crispy grilled bratwurst and delicious cakes, the Hexenkessel offers a selection of large and small dishes. And for children, there's the kids' menu and delicious ice cream.
