Along the “Green Window”, a beautiful and varied walking route awaits you, taking you through the town centre, parks, open countryside and alongside the idyllic Schildau stream. A trail that is unrivalled in its alternation between dreamy stream valleys and magnificent panoramic views. You’ll be guided along narrow paths and footpaths, past the mystical Silberhohl, historic squares and buildings, to wonderful views and vantage points over the town and the surrounding countryside. The walk is approximately 7 km long and forms part of the full route (12 km).
