The basic idea behind Events and Stay is the possibility of organising all kinds of festivities and accommodating guests in the immediate vicinity with every comfort.

We offer the right location for all needs, as well as up to 32 sleeping places.

This is exactly where we want to give you the opportunity to save time. By combining both things in a single location, you no longer need to worry about taxis, a pick-up service or finding the nearest hotel or guesthouse.

Of course, you can also book our holiday lofts outside of an event. We cordially invite you to explore the southern Harz and its surroundings and to relax in the loft's own saunas at the end of the day, switch off and unwind.

The Events & Stay location and the holiday lofts are situated in idyllic Neustadt am Harz, nestled in the beautiful greenery of the Neustadt Golf Park. The recognised climatic health resort presents itself as a wonderful holiday destination with its possibilities and breathtaking beauty.

Neustadt is the ideal starting point for a trip to the Harz Mountains to explore the nature reserve, climb the highest mountain in the low mountain range (Brocken=1141m) or experience the world's longest rope suspension bridge at 483m.

The holiday lofts:

The 5 holiday lofts are surrounded by the beautiful greenery of the Neustadt Golf Park. They were built from scratch in 2020.

The lofts are modern, furnished with every comfort and different designs. All flats have a steam sauna or a Finnish sauna, TV, music system and several sleeping options. Guests can enjoy the view and the peace and quiet from a logia on the upper floor and from a terrace on the ground floor.

On both sides there is a wonderful view of the golf park. All lofts have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, crockery etc.. Car parking is possible directly in front of the flat, free of charge.

"Hole in One" Loft 1 - with Finnish sauna - max. 7 guests - 90 m²

"Birdie" Loft 2 - with steam sauna - max. 6 guests - 70 m²

"Par 3" Loft 3 - with steam sauna - max. 6 guests - 70 m²

"Bogey" Loft 4 - with Finnish sauna - max. 4 guests - 70 m²

"Albatros" Loft 5 - with Finnish sauna - max. 8 guests - 105 m²

Pets are only allowed in Loft 1, Loft 3 and Loft 5.
