Our two holiday flats are located in different houses in the centre of Neustadt/Harz.

Both flats are comfortably and cosily furnished and offer all the amenities for a short holiday in the southern Harz.

Our guests can use the internet connection via WLAN in all flats.

Since hiking also includes four-legged family members, dogs are very welcome in our flats.

Our comfortably and cosily furnished holiday flat is ideal for 2 people and is located in a two-family house, which is situated directly on the edge of the forest and yet centrally located to the town centre. The property borders directly on the Neustädter Kurpark with its manor house and is surrounded by other quiet residential properties.

The holiday flat has a size of 45 m² and is lovingly furnished.

We endeavour to offer our guests a consistent level of living comfort through regular renovation work.

At the beginning of 2019, we laid modern flooring in the kitchen and bedroom area and equipped these rooms with new furniture.

The cosily furnished living area is equipped with a seating area and sofa as well as a large flat-screen TV.

If required, the sofa can be converted into sleeping accommodation for two more people.

There is also a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed and wardrobe.

Of course, our holiday flat has a bathroom with WC and shower.

For self-catering, there is a small, well-equipped kitchen area with a dining table for 4 people. Our guests can use a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, 2 hotplates, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

A cot and high chair can be provided for babies and toddlers.

If you are travelling by car, you can park your car on the property.

A small terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax. On request, we are happy to provide you with a barbecue with accessories (for a small surcharge).

Our guests receive an internet connection via WLAN free of charge.

Our comfortable and cosily furnished holiday flat for 4 people is located directly in the centre of the village, not far from Neustädter Roland.

The house, which is over 100 years old, was extensively modernised after 2020. When selecting the building materials, we focussed on natural and ecological materials and their sustainability. For example, bricks and the old floorboards were reused for decorative purposes. The walls are plastered with original clay plaster or lime plaster. This ensures good indoor air and healthy humidity levels.

The holiday flat is 56 m² in size and is lovingly and functionally furnished.

The spacious living area is furnished with a corner sofa, table and large flat-screen TV.

If required, the sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed for two more people.

There is also a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette. Our guests can use a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The separate bedroom has a box-spring bed and a wardrobe.

Of course, our holiday flat has a modern bathroom with WC and shower.

A cot and high chair can be provided for babies and toddlers.

A small terrace with garden furniture in the sheltered inner courtyard also invites you to relax in this holiday flat.
