A warm welcome! Villa Bergtraum is delighted to welcome you if you’re looking for comfort, nature and relaxation. With space for up to 18 people, there’s plenty of room here for families, groups of friends or teams. There are 8 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, an open-plan living and dining area including a large kitchen, a ski room and more waiting for you. Enjoy fantastic activities during the day and cosy evenings with your favourite people. Arrive, relax and take home some wonderful memories.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cater for a large group.
Key kitchen features:
● two filter coffee machines & 1 pod coffee machine

● & washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels & bin bags ● NOT INCLUDED: blender, kitchen scales, cake tins and waffle iron

A great break also includes a good night’s sleep.

BATHROOMS
There are a total of 3 full bathrooms with showers and an additional 2 guest WCs.
The bathroom on the ground floor is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible.
Pets are not permitted.
GARDEN & OUTDOOR
AREA You should enjoy yourselves not just indoors, but outdoors too. The terrace and garden are available for you to use. Here you can eat in comfort, play and soak up the sun.

● covered charcoal barbecue (please bring your own charcoal and firelighters)
● barrel sauna (no infusions | bookable as an optional extra)
● wood-fired hot tub (bookable as an optional extra)
Winter note: the hot tub cannot be used in sub-zero temperatures or during prolonged periods of frost.

You can check into the house flexibly at any time from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival using your personal access code. No key handover is required.
Important:
As we also cater for people with allergies, we take great care to ensure a pet-free environment. Pets of any kind or size are therefore unfortunately not permitted.
BOOK ADDITIONAL SERVICES
After booking, you can book these additional services via the guest portal
● Linen package (bed linen + towels) €22.50 per person
The linen packages will be provided for you in a central location.
This means you are free to choose your preferred room and dream bed and make up your bed as you wish.
● Hot tub: €75 for one session, including wood and firelighters

No, pets are not allowed to stay with us. We offer an allergy-friendly accommodation and therefore take great care to ensure our home is pet-free. This applies equally to pets of all sizes and breeds. Thank you very much for your understanding.
If it fits in with the bookings before or after your stay, we’re happy to arrange an early check-in or a late check-out (max. 2 hours) for a small additional charge.
Simply get in touch with us two days before your arrival or departure (there’s no point contacting us any earlier), and we’ll check the availability specifically for you. With a bit of luck, we’ll be able to accommodate your request.
No, bed linen and towels are not included in our standard provision.
However, there are two simple options:
1. You can book the number of linen packs you require. We’ll then leave them for you in a central location, and you’re free to choose your ideal room and dream bed and make them up yourselves.
2. Bring a little bit of home with you and simply pack your own duvet covers, sheets and towels. ;)
