The wine list of the "Zwei Jahreszeiten" restaurant also reflects the gastronomic concept and continuously adapts to the current menu. Interestingly, the wine list also occasionally features newcomers such as Chantal Messchendorp and Thilo Bothe from Bad Harzburg, who are avid wine lovers. This year, they successfully produced their first vintage cuvée called "TC Blend 2022" in collaboration with the Gritsch winery. The entire production is now available exclusively for our guests at the "Zwei Jahreszeiten" restaurant.
