Consciously experience the diversity of the plant world and leave everyday life behind you for a while! On our guided walks through the themed gardens of the Bürgerpark, we take time to notice, pause and breathe deeply.

With impulses from the fields of mindfulness, nature writing and creative writing, you will be inspired by nature and put your thoughts, images and feelings into words. It's not about "real" writing, but about personal experience, curiosity and the joy of discovery.

Experience the Bürgerpark from a different perspective and discover what nature brings out in you.
