Kale buffet
When the days get shorter and the evenings get colder, it's time for hearty home cooking. From 30 October, we cordially invite you to the traditional kale buffet in the Klosterkrug Wöltingerode every Thursday evening from 6 pm.
You can look forward to North German kale classics - lovingly prepared with hearty side dishes such as Mettwurst sausage, smoked pork loin and bacon. The buffet is complemented by creative, modern variations that interpret the down-to-earth cuisine in a new way.
Enjoy rustic cosiness, convivial evenings and culinary winter delights in the heart of the Harz Mountains. Ideal for all those who love hearty cuisine with flavour and heart!
