Today's Ristorante is a second-generation family business that was built in the early 1980s on the former site of the Esso petrol station. It was opened and built by my father, Lino De Soghe, on 23 December 1983. In 2001, I, Alessandro De Soghe, took over the Rialto. It was there that I discovered my passion for wine, which has been reflected in the restaurant ever since I trained as a sommelier. The philosophy of our restaurant is based on home-style Italian cuisine. Here you will find a good selection of Italian and international wines as well as various top-quality grappa varieties.

Due to the popularity of pizza and pasta among our guests, we present an extensive selection of these Italian classics. In addition, we spoil you with a selection of salads, delicious antipasti, juicy steaks and many other Italian specialities, both in large and small portions.

We source the meat for our outstanding rump steaks and fillets directly from a renowned breeder in Modica, Sicily.

This first-class Limousin beef, an exquisite Italian-French crossbreed, guarantees an incomparable flavour experience. Since our foundation in 1983, we have been a proud family business, now run by the second generation with passion and dedication.
