Ravensberg Baude „Berghof“

The Ravensberg Baude "Berghof" is located on the top of the Ravensberg, Bad Sachsa's local mountain and the only viewpoint in Lower Saxony accessible by car. Adjacent to the town of Bad Sachsa, a 3.5km forest mountain road leads directly to the Baude's car park.

At an altitude of 660m, guests can expect a fantastic panoramic view over the surrounding valleys, a far-reaching view into the Thuringian Land and all the way to the famous Brocken mountain. In a great atmosphere, the Baude offers a wide variety of cake and pie specialities as well as a matching range of regional dishes and delicacies.

The Ravensberg Baude "Berghof" is a great meeting place for young and old as well as the centre of numerous hiking routes and winter sports activities such as the adjacent ski area, the extensive network of cross-country ski trails or the toboggan run.
