3 October - Day of German Unity

On 3 October, we celebrate not only the growing together of East and West, but also the best of both worlds. While the Wall once divided us, today we unite flavours.

Our additional menu for 3 October:

Jägerschnitzelwith spirelli and fire brigade sauce - a cult dish that ensured full plates even back then.
Classic spiced meat - home cooking that has kept generations full and happy.
Solyanka with hunting sausage and paprika - spicy, colourful and endlessly delicious.
Boiled beefwith horseradish sauce, boiled potatoes and beans - as hearty as the Sunday roast in the combine!

Reunification has brought us many things - free travel, full shelves and the chance to eat together instead of next to each other. And let's be honest: even the longest queue at the supermarket would have been no obstacle to this menu.

such as our Hohnsteiner schnitzel from the tame sow, served with market-fresh mushrooms in cream and potato croquettes.
