The Original Brennecke Bratwurst: a favourite from the North Sea to the Alps. And of course at home on every barbecue in the southern Harz region!

Our range includes

-fresh minced beef and pork.

- various types of sausage in the genuine Thuringian butcher's style, including liver sausage, red sausage, brawn, hunting sausage, Lyoner, Leberkäse and many other varieties, both in jars and in casings,

- tasty cold cuts such as pork beer ham, salmon ham and roasts,

- salami from mild to spicy,

We also supply offal such as kidneys, liver, rumen, tongue and bones, some of which can be made to order.

Do you like salads? Our meat salad is world class, and you will also find egg salad, coleslaw, pasta salad and other salads in our selection.
