The Rübeland stalactite caves amidst the unique natural scenery of the Harz Mountains are among the oldest and most famous show caves in Germany. Both the Hermann's and Baumann's Caves lead deep into the legendary Harz mountains, guaranteeing moments of surprise!

In the Baumann Cave , visitors can expect a unique wealth of colourful and imaginative stalactites and stalagmites. The absolute highlight is the Goethe Hall with its underground natural stage and space for up to 270 event guests. Theatre performances, concerts and even weddings regularly take place here.

In the Hermannshöhle cave , around 300 steps lead through huge caverns up to 50 metres high with a multitude of unique stalactite formations. Highlights here include the crystal chamber with its filigree calcite crystals and the Olmensee lake, home to Germany's only grotto olms .
